  • At Olivia Travel we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase being delivered.

    Apparel and accessories must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    All sale items are final sale, no returns.

  • Return Process:

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at oliviatravel@fairware.com to request a return authorization.

    Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

    Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Refunds:

    As part of our return process, Olivia Travel is issuing a credit for the returned items in the form of an Olivia Travel gift card, which can be applied to purchases in our merch store.

    This credit can be used towards any future purchases in our merch store, providing you with flexibility and convenience.

    International returns outside of United States. You will not be reimbursed for return postage. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase being delivered.

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance.

    We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the resolution process.

  • Exceptions:

    Olivia Travel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are deemed to be in violation of our return policy.
