How long does shipping take?
Olivia utilizes Print on Demand as a sustainable production practice to reduce waste in the making of our apparel. This extends the timeframe of your order and delivery. Please review the timeline of each product in the product description. Some products have a timeline of 2-3 business days for product to ship out and others have 3-8 business days for product to ship out.
Shipping time depends on where you are shipping to.
After shipping, items are typically delivered within the following time frame:
- US and Canada: 4-10 business days
- Europe: 14-21 business days
- Rest of the world: 30 business days
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping will vary by your location which is selected during the check out process.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, all orders that ship will be trackable, and a tracking number will be emailed upon shipping.
Shipping outside of US
All applicable customs, import duties and fees, taxes, and
any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer shipping outside of the United States. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes
unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your charges may be. If your order does require these additional
charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs.
Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on
Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Olivia. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
